🎞️ FILM WE ACCEPT

We transfer **8mm and Super 8 film reels in good, transferable condition.**

Once your film arrives, we will inspect it before transferring it.

**Please note:**

• We transfer **silent film only** — we cannot transfer film with sound
• We do not develop undeveloped film
• We do not splice or repair damaged film
• Film must be in good enough condition to safely transfer
• Copyrighted material is not accepted

While we take every reasonable precaution when handling your memories, we cannot assume responsibility for film received in poor, brittle, deteriorated or damaged condition.

📦 SENDING YOUR FILM

Carefully pack your film reels in a sturdy box using **bubble wrap or other protective packaging**.

Please include the **number of reels** you are sending.

We ask that you ship your order **within one week of purchase** and provide tracking information.

📬 WANT YOUR ORIGINAL REELS RETURNED?

If you would like your original film reels returned, **please include a note with your order letting us know.**

The customer is responsible for **return shipping costs**, which helps us keep our transfer prices low.

If you do not request your reels back, they will be held for **60 days and then disposed of**.

⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow **up to 30 days** from the time we receive your film.

**No rush orders are available.**

We take our time with each order because these aren't just film reels — **they're your memories.**

• No refunds for blank film reels
• Payment is based on the number of film reels sent
