Accepted Formats

We accept **VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Digital8 and MiniDV** videotapes.

**NTSC format only.** We are unable to transfer PAL or SECAM tapes.

Important Tape Requirements

Videotapes should be in good, playable condition.

We do not offer general videotape repair services. However, if we encounter a **minor issue that we can easily correct in order to complete your transfer, we will do so at no additional charge.**

We cannot accept copyrighted or commercially produced videotapes.

Tapes Longer Than 2 Hours

The $125 price includes recordings of **up to 2 hours per tape**.

If a videotape contains more than 2 hours of recorded video, **additional pricing will apply.** We will provide the additional price when necessary.

📦 Shipping Your Tapes

Please securely package your videotapes using **bubble wrap** or other protective packing material.

Please ship your tapes **within one week of placing your order** and provide us with the tracking number.

📬 Return Shipping

To help us keep our transfer prices low, **customers are responsible for the cost of returning their original videotapes.**
